What sparks my creativity
Inspiration
It's sensual love
Do you know the feeling of a feather on your cheek?
Sun on your skin, light dancing between your eyelashes, the sound of the sea, the gurgling of water, cool wetness all over your body, the scent of roses, soft petals between your fingers... a glance out of the window in the morning and the taste of fresh coffee... a gentle touch, a smile, a portion of joy, happiness and good ice cream...
and, time and again, lightness.

This list could go on forever, as could all the sensory experiences in life.
I feel inspired by everything familiar that touches my senses warmly and everything new that they can explore freshly.
To live with all your senses is to love life and to live
meaningfully, to take it all in.
My senses are the driving force behind my art.
The paintings are mainly influenced by the moods I experience in the garden and by the sea. I know both from the past and the present. The sea and the garden are places where I am fully present, where I immerse myself, get involved and savor the beauties with all my senses.
Life inspires me in its entirety - with its change,
with the abundance of possibilities and opportunities,
with the treasures in ups and downs and this irrepressible power called love that radiates through everything.
Inviting inspiration happens by seeing the perfection of a moment,
by noticing an appearance.
It is the good fortune to experience this moment
and means opening up, surrendering and being willing
to be inspired by life.
When the heart is open to beauty,
inspiration follows automatically.
Only those who close their eyes to the wonders of life
go through this world uninspired.
Inspiration flows where emotion opens the eyes and heart,
where the melody of joy resonates through the body,
where encounters get under the skin,
where noses smell something wonderful
and eyes are presented with a feast.
For me, sparking creativity means immersing yourself in life or,
in other words
Laughing wholeheartedly.
Being in the garden – admiring flowers...
walking on the beach – collecting shells...
and lots of things like that.
